4 Islands boat tour from Koh Lanta

Koh Chueak, Koh Mook and its Emerald Cave, Koh Ngai, then Koh Ma or Koh Kradan. A full day on the water, by longtail or speedboat, private or join-in.

Longtail or speedboat, Full day

Our longtail boat on clear turquoise water
Koh Ngai

The 4 Islands sit south of Koh Lanta, in the Trang sea. The longtail route stops at Koh Chueak, Koh Mook, Koh Ngai and Koh Ma. The speedboat route swaps Koh Ma for Koh Kradan. On a private longtail you can add Koh Kradan as a detour.

At Koh Mook you swim through the Emerald Cave and come out in a lagoon enclosed by cliffs. Lunch is a Thai buffet on the beach, on Koh Ngai with the longtail and on Koh Kradan with the speedboat.

Questions we get about this trip

Longtail or speedboat for the 4 Islands?

The longtail is the traditional wooden boat, slower and open, and it visits Koh Ma. The speedboat is faster and visits Koh Kradan instead. Both include lunch and snorkel gear.

Is the 4 Islands tour private?

Both exist. You can join a group or take the boat for your group only, with a dedicated captain.

Is the national park fee included?

No. No operator on Koh Lanta includes it. You pay 200 THB per adult and 100 THB per child in cash to the ranger on the island.

Can children come?

Yes. Children pay a child rate and babies under 4 travel free on the longtail. Life jackets are on board. Give us the ages when you ask for a price.
