1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What this website collects

This website does not ask you for personal details. It has no account and no newsletter, and its forms send nothing to our servers. The tour and transfer forms only prepare a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself in WhatsApp. The only data handled when you browse is technical, such as your IP address in the host's logs (see section 6).

3. Cookies and statistics

This website uses no cookies, no audience measurement and no advertising tools.

4. Form drafts on your device

So that you do not have to type everything again, the tour request form keeps a draft in your browser's storage, on your device only. It is never sent to us. It is ignored after 7 days, and the “Clear form” button deletes it at once.

5. What we do with your booking details

When you write to us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, dates, pickup place, the number and age of travellers or a flight number. We use these details only to answer you and handle your booking. We share with the partner carrying out the service only the details it needs. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

6. Services we rely on

WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages, under its own privacy policy.
Netlify hosts this website and may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver it securely.

7. How long we keep your details

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your booking, then for as long as Thai accounting and tax rules require.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use. Write to us on WhatsApp at +66 95 868 38 46. These rights come from Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and, if you live in the European Union, from the GDPR.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. A French translation is provided for information; in case of any difference, this English version prevails. See also our booking terms and our legal notice.
