Ethical elephant sanctuary
Walk with the elephants, feed them, join them in the mud bath and the pool. Nobody rides. Three programmes, from an hour and a half to a full day.
THE THREE RIDES
- 30 minOn a closed, secured track. The ride for a first try.
- 1 hOn the forest trails, with the climb to a viewpoint over the sea.
- 2 hOne hour of ATV in the forest, then one hour of kayak in the protected mangrove of Thung Yee Peng, with its monkeys and fiddler crabs.

Good to know
- No children under 4. Passengers from 4, drivers from 6 with staff supervision.
- Cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Later than that, half the ride is charged.
- Closed shoes and clothes that can get dusty.

From 6, with closer supervision from the staff. Younger children ride as passengers from 4. Under 4 cannot come.
Which ride should I pick?
The 30-minute track is for a first try. The one-hour forest ride gets you to the viewpoint. The two-hour ride adds the mangrove by kayak.
